If  you are advised that your bid has been successful for any particular item that you have placed a bid on, we will endeavour to supply it, however  tackswaps reserves the right to withdraw items at any time. If any payment   has been received by us we will forward a full refund.

HOW TO AUCTION & BID!
 

Each auction will have a start date and a closing date and will generally last 7-10 days.  There will normally be a mixture of   NEW saddlery or riding wear items up for auction. These will obviously vary for each auction held.

If you would like to bid for a item up for auction, it's simple, make a note of the lot number. that you want and if there is a certain size or colour that you want in that particular lot number make a note of that as well
  (as when you are click on the  sign this takes you to the bid form where you need to know the lot number you want to bid on).    

Bidding

All bids are final. Please bid carefully! Please DO NOT BID if you do not want the item!

Bids can increase by increments of 10 pence only, do not include pennies in your bid. All bids are subject to a minimum bid as posted for each item.

When registering you are required to submit a valid email address. We send a verification notice. If it is "returned undeliverable" your bid will be omitted.

Starting Bid

This is the least amount that the we will accept for an item. 

Auction Format

Highest bidders win the item at the actual bid price. If a number of identical items are offered for sale, highest bidders win the items at the bid price for each item.

Tackswaps will contact the successful bidder(s) after close of auctions. Payment should then be made to Tackswaps within five working days, if payment is not received within this time, your bid will become invalid. 

There is no guarantee that an item placed up for auction by the ourselves will be in stock at the end of the auction.

Tackswaps reserves the right to withdraw an item from auction at anytime. If payment is sent and item is deemed "out of stock or seller has sold item through another means" Tackswaps will forward a refund to the customer.

Payment Terms are to be agreed upon by buyer and ourselves. Where Post & Packaging is not stated as included in price it is added at cost.
