There is no guarantee that an item
placed up for auction by the seller will sell or that a buyer will purchase an item.
Tackswaps reserves the rights to withdraw an item from auction at anytime. If
payment is sent and item is deemed "out of stock or seller has sold item
through another means" Tackswaps will forward a refund to the customer.
Payment
Terms are to be agreed upon by buyer and seller. Where Post & Packaging is
not stated as included in price it is added
at cost.
