To help prevent fly
attack we recommend that you give your horse (or pony, donkey, etc) a thorough
'ONCE over' on the first application. To do this you rub some Beelzebug
onto the tips of the ears (inside and out) rub some onto the mane working it
into the roots, then proceed along the back and round the tail area, making
sure that the oil is getting well into the skin on both sides of the
spine and mane. Next, apply to the chest and belly, finally rubbing a bit into
each fetlock. To apply to the face use a small sponge or cloth, and dab
on avoiding the area round the eyes.
Thereafter,
Beelzebug can be used once or twice weekly.
If
you horse or pony has already started rubbing and has removed areas of mane,
tail and or rubbed areas skin sore and raw, then apply Beelzebug as described
above in the thorough 'ONCE over'. Then, for the following three days
top up the areas where he/she has been rubbing.
After this initial application, REDUCE the application to once or twice a week
to suit local conditions.
N.B.
Beelzebug can be mixed 50/50 with Witch Hazel (Hamamelis Water) obtainable
from most pharmacies, and wiped or sprayed onto sensitive areas, e.g. sheath,
udder and etc.
We recommend
that you give your horse a shampoo with our product UNLOX from time to time to
prevent a build up of Beelzebug on the coat.
